Refund Policy
BerryCam sells one-time digital items — coins and VIP. This page explains when purchases are and are not refundable, and how payment disputes are handled.
Coins and VIP are digital items delivered to your account instantly. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
1. What This Policy Covers
This Refund Policy applies to all paid digital items on BerryCam, including coins, VIP memberships, virtual gifts, and any other premium features or virtual goods. All of these are one-time purchases of digital content — there are no subscriptions or auto-renewing charges (see Section 6).
2. All Sales Are Final
Coins, VIP, and other virtual items are delivered to your account immediately after purchase. Once an item has been delivered or credited to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (see Section 3).
This includes, but is not limited to: coins that have been added to your balance (whether or not you have spent them), VIP access that has been activated, and any virtual gift that has been sent.
3. Exceptions Required by Law
Some jurisdictions give consumers mandatory rights that we honor regardless of the "all sales final" rule above:
- EU / UK statutory withdrawal. Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, by completing a purchase and asking for the coins or VIP to be made available immediately, you consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins.
- Other consumer protections. Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection right you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
4. When We Will Review a Refund
Even though purchases are final, please contact us if any of the following happens — we will review these case by case:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge — you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
- Failed delivery — your payment succeeded but the coins or VIP were never credited to your account due to a technical problem on our side.
- Unauthorized payment — a charge was made without your authorization (please also contact your bank).
To request a review, contact us at the address in Section 8 with your order details (date, amount, and the email or account used). Please reach out within a reasonable time of the charge.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Payments on BerryCam are processed by Stripe. You may be able to dispute a charge directly through Stripe or your bank. That process sits with Stripe and your card issuer and is outside our control — we cannot prevent or reverse a dispute you start with them.
Please note that opening a chargeback or payment dispute (rather than contacting us first) may lead to cancellation of the order, forfeiture of purchased or remaining coins and VIP, feature limits, account review, or suspension. Where possible, contacting us first is usually the faster way to resolve a genuine problem.
6. No Subscriptions
BerryCam does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Every coin pack and VIP purchase is a single, one-time charge. Because there is no recurring plan, there is nothing to cancel and you will not be billed again automatically.
7. Promotional & Free Coins
Coins or benefits given away for free, as a bonus, or as part of a promotion have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not eligible for any refund.
